How it works for institutions

Designed for program directors, administrators, and departments that need a faster way to identify lecturers and request live sessions.

  • Browse and choose a lecturer

Use the Lecturers page to browse by radiology subspecialty, review teaching focus, formats, and profile details, then choose the lecturer that fits your session needs.

  • Submit a request through MLX

Click Request a Live Lecture and submit your request through the MLX workflow. This helps us identify the requester and route the request correctly before lecturer availability is shown.

  • Lecturer reviews and responds

The lecturer receives the request and can confirm availability, decline, or propose alternatives based on schedule constraints and visibility settings (institution only, national, or international).

  • Confirm and coordinate the session

Once both sides align on topic, format, and timing, the session is confirmed. In MVP, coordination is primarily self serve through the platform workflow, with admin support for technical issues when needed.

  • Typical response target: within 72 hours
